Laser Cut Clear Acrylic Bases

Cut from 3mm thick clear acrylic.

Models can be attached to acrylic bases using superglue - to avoid the frost effect, apply "CA activator" spray liberally to the surface of the acrylic and only apply small dots of superglue to the model. If some frosting still occurs, this can be eliminated by applying gloss or satin varnish over the affected area.

Acrylic Care & Handling

Our laser cut tokens, templates and widgets made from acrylic plastic are usually supplied with a protective backing film on one or both sides. This is to protect any non-etched faces from scratches in transit and should be removed after delivery.

Acrylic is a thermo-plastic and will react to high temperatures. Do not store or use acrylic items above 80c as it may begin to soften or deform.
